IV. RATIONALE: Teachers play a vital role in the teaching – learning process. Thus, teachers’ personal and professional development
implies continuous reflections on experience and actions throughout his/ her career. Reflective teachers must understand and appreciate the
educational framework to promote the quality and delivery of instruction.

V. OBJECTIVE/S

1. To equip teachers the necessary information mandated in the Result-Based Performance

Management System Manual for Teachers and School Heads.


2. To give the much needed support to the teachers for their personal and professional growth.
3. To devise own professional development plan as a springboard for improving the delivery of
instruction.
