    1. Missing General Conditions 5%.


    2. Verify if your estimates include the Municipality Construction Tax: 4.50% and Patente:
    0.50%.
    3. Item 2 & 3: should be 150 SF (base on measurements provided); we are scraping &
    painting the complete ceiling.
    4. Item 7 & 8: should be 150 SF (base on measurements provided); we are scraping &
    painting the complete ceiling.
    5. Item 10: should be 150 SF (clean floor tile), (base on measurements provided)
    6. Item 14 & 15: should be 160.44 SF (base on measurements provided); we are scraping &
    painting the complete ceiling.
    7. Item 19 & 20: should be 160.44 SF (base on measurements provided); we are scraping &
    painting the complete ceiling.

    Note: After completing all the inspections, please remove the comments in bold from
    estimates: “Interior line items are based on scope notes from previous team on site. No
    interior access while our team was on site, except for women's bathroom.”

    “Exterior was inspected on site by our team.”
