MOM
1.) Society Expenses are described and explained in details to all present Owners. Any owner may contact to
Chairman/ Treasurer for detailed bill verification.

2.) PDCC account details should be present in balance sheet and not in expense report.

3.) The expenses related to Federal for which invoices/ bills were not present must be clearly mentioned in expense
report that these expenses are from FEDERAL. (Verified from CAs)

4.) A separate communication will be sent to all owners for nomination form to get compulsory share certificate. An
ETA will also be shared.

5.) AMC of any kind is not necessarily required to discuss in AGM meeting, these would be on auto renewal.

6.) Committee has taken several Quotations for SOLAR PANELS and same had been shown and discussed with
owners present in AGM . It needs more discussion and will be carried to next AGM meeting. Committee will convey
the meeting details whenever required.

7.) Any discussions and decisions made in AGM meeting along with the present owners would be taken and
considered as FINAL.

8.) If Rent Agreement/ Police Verification of any tenant is not submitted and an unfortunate incident occurs then, in
any condition committee members including chairman, secretary and treasurer won't be liable.

10.) It has been observed that many residents have installed/ altered the Structure of Balconies, Room Windows and
Dry Balconies.

In this regard, we had following discussions and rules set up in AGM:

a.) BALCONY :-

i) Who all have installed Roof Sheds are required to remove/ replace with the following allowed sheds
(as per BYELAWS) :-
► Polycarbonate Sheet ( Not crossing the Building Elevation by more than 6 inch )
► Foldable Awning ( Not crossing the Building Elevation by more than 6 inch )

ii.) Those who have installed grill in their balconies (of any kind) are required to remove and fix/ repair
the damaged wall along with building original color.

iii.) Those who wants to install Roof Sheds are strictly advised to go with above mentioned sheds ONLY.

b.) ROOM WINDOWS :-

i.) Those who have extended their Grill or made any existing changes to the Window are required to
rollback and fix/ repair the damaged wall along with building original color.

c.) DRY BALCONIES :-

i.) Those who have already installed grills are required to match the color with building.
ii.) Those who have extended the dry balcony grill are required to rollback in line with Building elevation
and in sync with building color/ design.
iii.) Those who wants to install sliders are required to be in sync with the building color/ design.

11.) A Notice would be sent to each individual who have altered the internal and external structure.

***Who have done Alterations and voided BYELAWS are liable to PAY FINE and are required to remove/
replace by 1st JUNE 2022***

12.) If any owner has any doubt or needs suggestion before installing sheds pis contact Committee to avoid
unnecessary pains of fines and troubles.

13.) Once Monsoon starts, committee will send a communication about a Voluntary Plant donation Drive where
committee would let know which kind of plants can be donated.

14.) We have planned Overhead Tank Cleaning as per regular schedule on 15th June 2022 {Solely depends on Water
Scarcity/ Availability). We will.commu · e.
