My name is Miguel Muñoz Ortiz and I am a Spanish MSc. Energy Engineering student
currently writing my master thesis at Sintef Energi AS in Trondheim, Norway. The
topic is the integration of batteries in the Norwegian distribution grid and study its
different uses. Reading your job offer it immediately caught my attention since I am
particularly interested in interdisciplinary engineering projects including a wide
range of technologies, economic and social conditions.

Since I am about to finish my university education I would like to start my career in a

relevant company in the renewable energy sector and I consider Babcock & Wilcox
Vølund a very good option. As mentioned I have a big motivation to work on the
complete process of a project, including an international environment and traveling,
which is something I am very used to and happy to do. Even though I don’t have
experience with project documentation I am well organised and can provide a wide
vision of engineering projects.
