    Dear Atty. Canilao

    Amianan Pride Council is the broadest network of LGBT organizations and allies in

    the city of Baguio and has been spearheading LGBT Pride Parade for the past three years.

    This year, we will be marching with the theme, “This is Pride,” as a celebration of the many

    colors of gender. In this regard, we are writing to your humble office to request for your

    permission to conduct a parade for the 12th LGBT Pride Parade on November 24, 2018

    (Saturday) at 3:00 PM. The proposed route of the parade will start at the Post Office Loop.

    However, an assembly at the University of the Philippines will come about prior to the

    assembly at the Post Office. The parade from UP Baguio will pass by the University of the

    Cordilleras going to the Post Office Loop and continue marching along Session Road up to

    ……….. and back to Malcolm Square for a culmination activity. In connection, we are also

    inviting you to celebrate Pride with us.
