To whom it may concern,

Greetings!

The Interact Club of Ipil, a youth based organization which functions in search of giving service to the local
community of Ipil, follows its customary practice of service through a fundraising movement. Our organization
follows a theme in observance to our Rotary Calendar, which consists of different themes for every month. For
February, the theme would be “Peace and Conflict Prevention and Resolution.” We, together in partnership with
the Sangguniang Kabataan of Poblacion, will spearhead the event.

As part of our initiative, we will be mobilizing with this in mind through a fundraising event, which will be in a
form of a set of performances, through busking. Busking is an entertaining performance in a public place for
donation. The target audience are the passers-by so people do not necessarily gather at a single point and in
observance to the protocols given by the IATF, the event will bound to happen in an open-space venue, preferably
in the Freedom Stage, near the Obelisk Rotunda, in Poblacion, Ipil – And to secure the success and properness of
this event, the Sangguniang Kabataan of Poblacion will take part in the said activity.

We aim to invite local bands, artists, and performers to join us on this movement. The event will not solely benefit
the project initiators, but will also help them to exhibit and promote the talents of our local artists. The project will
commence on the 14th to 16th of February, 2022. Hence, it will be a 3-day event where we celebrate the month of
love, as well as celebrating “Araw ng Sibugay.”

The said activity will bring the 50% of its proceeds, donated to the Typhoon Victims of Surigao – helping them to
alleviate some of their burdens and hopefully help with their recoveries. The other 50% will be utilized by the club
for another project helping another community in our locality (e.g. through feeding program, love drive or other
form of giving back to the community.)

Hence, we would like to ask for your assistance and take part in this event as we are looking for local talents to
showcase and promote their skills and use it to help our communities while doing what they are passionate for.
We are asking if you so desire that you would offer your services free of charge as this is also a charity and
voluntary event, but we will still provide you with food and our services throughout your performances, and the
sound systems will also be on us. However, should our project be successful and with excessive donations
received, we will try our best to repay all your efforts and talents for being a big part of our charity event.
