III. SUMMARY OF SURVEY WORK

After being granted the LEVEL II by ACSCU, the administration looks forward to applying
for LEVEL III for the year 2017.

As per recommendation of the Past Survey Nov. 2014, Committees had been organized
and reorganized to continually update and revise the responses to the analysis and evaluation
survey according to the current needs. The Committee on Purposes and Objectives were the
first to have been reorganized by the administration to review the existing foundations of the
school and determine its relevance to the present demands in school operation.

After having been appointed to the committee, the Chairman together with the members went
through the existing documents on the school’s foundation with a calendar to follow and
