Relocation Proposal

Proposal Description

Integrated Healthcare is a company that is planning to relocate its corporate headquarters to optimize
operations. Currently located in Mexico City, although this place will no longer cover their needs for
space, location, budget and efficiency in general.

The team strategy and operations at Paso Robles and Associates conducted extensive research over
the past three months and proposes the following three cities:

Optionn 1

Monterrey, Nuevo León

This northern city, is an important industrial and commercial center that has an excellent air
transportation provided by an international airport. In the city and the surrounding region are
located several of the hospitals of the company, which make it the first choice.

Regarded as an important generator of resources for its variety of industries and businesses,
the city also boasts several museums and art galleries, amusement parks and is home to
thousands of local and foreign students. In addition to its large number of universities is called
"City of Knowledge."
Monterrey has a robust economy with a high quality of life. People enjoy living in this city. The
cost of living is reasonable and the cost of doing business is even lower. The city has enough
available space for offices.

The city has an excellent telecommunications infrastructure and is home to many high
technology companies.

its international airport. In the region near Aguascalientes is located some of the hospitals
owned by the company.

The city is developing rapidly but in an orderly manner which makes it very easy to find office
space available in some key locations and competitive operating costs. Many companies are
thinking of moving the capital there in the near future.

From its many colleges and universities well-educated professionals are graduated.
Aguascalientes residents enjoy a high quality of life with an abundance of entertainment options
from professional sports to the arts.

opens up strategically located geographic areas. It counts with the necessary infrastructure to
meet the needs of companies requiring to be installed in it. While few hospitals in the company

With an image of "friendly city" and a good quality of life, Guadalajara is home to world
renowned companies, universities, shopping centers, convention and entertainment.

It has an efficient international airport and terrestrial communications are of excellent quality.
