Tips to get more in the now

- Do a 5 in 5 out. 5 cycles. (of deep breathing) And I assure you that you’ll be in the now!

- Do 2 cycles of 5 in 5 out a few times a day and answer the questions “is it okay if my level of
acceptance increases?”

- On my goals, p28 in playbook, write down things that aren’t working and write the present
tense, positive goal. On both things, do your best to have a level of acceptance of at least 11/10.
