Atlantic Bridge Enbridge Incremental expansion on Algonquin and Maritimes Nov. 2017 Announced, Feb. 2014. Filed with
& Northeast, to serve New England and Canadian (partial)/ FERC, Oct. 2015. Received
Maritimes. Proposed capacity of ~133,000 Dth/d. 2019 environmental assessment from FERC,
Partial service began in Nov. 2017 at 40,000/day. 5-16. FERC issues certificate, 1-17.
FERC allows construction work to
begin on certain facilities in CT, 3-17.

Portland XPress PNGTS PNGTS has executed Precedent Agreements with 2018-20 Announced 3-17. Filed application
several Local Distribution Companies (LDCs) in New with FERC for Phase I, 4-18.
England and Atlantic Canada to re-contract certain
system capacity set to expire in 2019 as well as
expand the PNGTS system to bring its certificated
capacity up to 0.3 Bcf/d. The approximately $80
million Portland XPress Project (PXP) will proceed
concurrently with upstream capacity expansions. The
in-service dates of PXP are being phased-in over a
three-year period beginning November 1, 2018.

Northeast Williams / Transco The project would add natural gas pipeline infrastructure 2019 In FERC pre-filing, May 2016. Filed
Supply in PA, NJ and NY. It is designed to provide customers with FERC, 3-17. FERC issues draft
Enhancement access to an additional 400 million cubic feet of natural EIS, 3-18. NYS DEC denies water

Rivervale South Williams / Transco Designed to provide up to 190,000 dekatherms per day 2019 Announced, 9-17.

(5,000 Dth/d). Involves new delivery meter; HP
Replacement at Station 261; and 2 miles of looping
Springfield Lateral.
