LGU LIBACAO GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS

A. QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Must be a regular employee and elected officials of LGU LIBACAO.
2.Only players whose names appear in the official list shall be allowed to play. Official
List refers to the list of players submitted by each team to the officials before the games
starts.
3. Players who are under the influence of liquor or drugs shall not be allowed to play by
the tournaments managers and referee.
B. GROUND RULES:
1. Players shall report to the playing field in the complete playing uniform with identifying
numbers and color of your team.
2. A team that does not report to the playing area 15 minutes after the schedule shall be
declared loser by default, same the different officials in each event, they should report
on time.
3. A player is allowed to play in any game as long as there is no conflict of schedules.
4. The decision of the referee/umpires is final.
5. Any willful violation or any rule or regulations by player’s coaches will be dealt with
drastic move by the executive committee. Any misconduct, discourtesy, or disrespect to
any officials, referee of the meet will not be tolerated.
6. Coaches should be on the team members only are held RESPONSIBLE for the
presence/appearance of their athletes and teams in the field of time. Warming up
practice should be done five to ten minutes before the final start of the game.
7. Entries for games be submitted by their respective team captains or advisers
immediately after the first call for such game is announced.
8. Entries of players submitted on August 29,2018 of different teams.
