Abstract
In this experiment we learn about Fourier’s law and how the heat transfer from heater
through the brass to cooler so we can say that the heat transfer from high temperature to law
temperature. The heat transfer in three ways conduction ,conviction and radiation and the
common way is conduction.
Introduction
In general, heat transfer is the exchange of thermal energy between physical system.
The direction of heat transfer is from high temperature object to a lower temperature object,
heat transfer in three modes which are conduction , conviction and radiation. Conduction is
the most common one and its mean that molecular agitation within a material without any
motion of the material, the conduction heat transfer depends on conductivity of material,
cross section area and change of temperature with respect to thickness.

3) from the table 1 we see that the temperature transfer from the high object to lower object
and from fig 1 we observe that the temperature decrease linearly.

The error is high because the device that we do the experiment has a gap between heater and
brass so the temperature will loss in it.
Conclusion
In this experiment we note that the heat transfer from two point with different
temperature from high to low. the heat transfer through the brass in conduction,
