SAICE TARIJEÑO

INGREDIENTS

 1 Kg beef
 6 big potatoes
 3 unions
 ½ tomatoes
 1 portion of peas
 Salt
 oíl
 lettuce
 red pepper
 Garlic

INSTRUCTIONS

Chop the onion finely and simmer, after that adds the seasonings stir a few
minutes, then add the peas and sauté finally scrape the tomato, for thirty
minutes.

Meanwhile, cut the meat into medium dice and incorporate to the previous
preparation after the thirty minutes. When the meat is half cooked, add the
potatoes cut in six and remove once they are cooked. The saice must contain
juice.

For the sarza: wash the ingredients, the locoto and tomato, chop finely into long
pieces, the onion in cut pen season with salt and oil.

Serve in deep dish, decorated over with the bramble.
