1- Tell me about yourself

R: My name is Katherine. I am 23 years old. I live in SP with my parents. I am a
saleswoman and I am single.

2- Why would you like to be a flight attendant?

R: Because I admire and Identify with the profession and I found in this profession
opportunity to unite several things that I like as working with the public and also to
know different places and people!

3- For you, what it is to be a flight attendant?

R: It is to be a calm person, passion for serving and also responsible for the comfort and
safety of the passenegrs.

4- Why did you decide to be a flight attendant at this time in your life? Why did you
decide to be flight attendant? Why did you decide to apply for this job?
I was 20 years old, when my friend suggested this profession, So I Liked the idea

I chose to be flight attendant when a friend suggested the profession, So I found in the
profession the opportunity to unite several things that I like as work with public, to
know new places and people, to travel, life without routine and build a career.

5- Why would you like to work for us?

Because it is a big and great airline company. There are many possibilities to grow inside
the company.

6- What do you know about this company?

It was founded in 2001. It was considered to be the most punctual company in 2016.
And in 2017 it won a prize for that!
7- Why should we hire you?
Because you will have a happy and a fullfilled employee for exercysin a profession that I
chose to follow

8- What do you do in your free time?

In my free time I usually go to the park, the cinema, things related to nature and I visit
my friends and family.

9- What do you consider to be your weaknesses and strengths?

My weaknesses: I don`t trust people at the first sight, My strengths: I am determined,
responsible, calm, happy and punctual.

10- Why are flight attendants essential on airplanes?

Because of the security and comfort of the passengers. Also the flight attendant is the
first image of the company.

11- What makes excellent customer service?

It is to attend in a way that satisfies the client.

12- What are the advantages and disadvantages of being a flight attendant?]
The disavantages are: to be away from my family and the hard schedule
The advantages are: opportunities to work with what I love and knowing many places
and people. It is a job without routine!

13- If necessary, are you available to move to another location to work as a flight
attendant?
Yes, always

14- Tell me a situation where you received constructive criticism in your present job.
I don`t remember something specific but my boss asks me to pay more attention in my
job, I will do it!

15- What makes you angry?

I don´t get angry easily but people without punctuality I get angry
upset / discomfortable

16- What makes you happy?

It is not necessary much for me to get happy but small things makes me so happy, glad
satisfied
17- What was the most difficult situation you have had to face and how did you react it?
It is hard to deal with delay deliveries and incorrect orders
That way teh clients always complain.

18- Do you prefer to work alone or in a group? Why?

I prefer working in a group because we can share the activities and have better results

20- How do you fell about working long hours and/or weekends?
It is common for me because I already do it.

21- From all your previous jobs, which one was the most challenging and why?
In my opinion, the flight attendant course was more challenging than anything else

22- Tell me about a difficult client you had and how you solved their problem?
The Client received a wrong product and wanted to retorn, So I explain to him that I
would solve his problem, the client to say ok

23- What is your opinion about boarding service in Brazil?

It is ok but it varies from comapny to company

24- What is the importance of technology in aviation?

I believe with technology makes people fly more and it provides more security

25- Tell me about the worst mistake of your life.

Not having studied another language besides English

I believe that being here for this interview is a great achievement

Yes, I have. I liked this experience and I liked the attendance from the flight attendants

28- What is the most difficult problem to solve on board?

I believe it is an emergency situation. As a hijack or fire on board.

29- Do you think you are prepared to deal with a situation like that?
Yes, I was trained for that!
30- What kind of difficulty would you expect to have in the new job?
I think it is dealing with rude passengers

I have no preference. I just want to fly and do to it a lot

I will keep qualifying myself, learning a new language and building a solid career here;

I sell costomized products as mugs, cushion, slippers and so on
