Chocolate Buttermilk Cake

1 2/3 cups flour (235g) 1 cup (1/4 litro) buttermilk or sour milk (add 1tblsp vinegar to
1/2 cup bitter cocoa milk) or use equivalent plain yougurt
1 cup (200g) sugar ½ cup oil
1 teaspoon baking soda vanilla (o bustina zucchero vanigliato)
1 teaspoon salt

Preheat oven to 350°F. (180°C). Prepare cake pan or cupcake pans. Mix together, flour, sugar,
baking soda and salt. Add Buttermilk, oil and vanilla to the flour mixture (if too think add more
mil). Place into pan or cupcake forms and bake (circa 20-25 minutes for the cake pan around half
the time for cupcakes). Test to see if a toothpick comes out clean it is done. Cool and then remove
from pan, ice as preferred..
