STRENGTHS:

1. Diversification.
2. We can hunt different sectors.
3. With same team we bid for different sectors.

WEAKNESS:
1. Estimation process with compilation of proposal.
2. Limited time for complete scope.

OPPURTUNITIES:
1. Rectification of clients and inquiries.
2. Evaluation of current trends and align our resources according to that trend.
3. Multitasking to enhance the skills.

THREATS:
1. Unclear RFQ can lead to misunderstanding of scope due to which we may underestimate
or overestimate the proposal.
2. Multitasking may also affect the estimation process because one can not perform
equally well in all fields.
3. Current trend of market is itself a threat because mega projects in Pakistan have been
out sourced and local construction companies have very limited share in these projects.
