Abstract-Technologies are the main tools substantially. Firstly, it is important to

which going to change many areas in future
life. Aim from this is that technologies will
work for creacting better life conditions for
humans. In same time impact of
technologies will be visable in life of society.
For getting inclusion in future society is
needed different kinds of education. In this
case, educators will be more important part
in future society. Despite of this, values of
hamunity will stay the same. People will still
need live communication and trust.

I. Intorduction[1]
Technologies are already important part in
nowadays. From this point is able to see what
kinds of problems we should solve in the
future. It means that it is possible to see what
kind problems can be caused according
developmental of modern technologies.
Education is one of many areas which will be
even more important in the future. In same
understand that phenomenon of global society
still will be the ground part of society in the
future. The reason is why global society is that
much important because it this phenomenon
makes the main impact for the changes and it
consists on technologies development. Very
significant aspect in global society is
internationalism. Internationalism contains on
unity of cultural differences. In this way
technologies are the way of connection for
different cultures. Technologies help to create
global medium and environment for society
development with equal opportunities for
people from different cultural environment.
Context of global society contains from many
different aspects. The start of global society in
real is education. In Education has a biggest
impact for enlightening future generations.
Despite of that there is obstacle. Not enough
educators have understanding about developing
global society. In nowadays in Lithuania the
term of global society through perspective of
education is separated education for locals and
people from abroad. It makes a gap between
these two groups. They cannot interact enough
with each other. In this assignment will be
provided idea how education for locals and
people from abroad in Lithuania should be
arranged for the future. Despite of technologies
inclusion in future education makes a more
dilemmas. The main point is that for
technologies inclusion in education it is needed
to change study programs and policies.
Nevertheless mainly these kinds of changes
bring different teaching methods. Very
important to figure out what kind of education
methods will reflect needs of future society?
From is able to make prediction what kind of
place in future society will take educators.
Even it is clearly known that technologies will
take very big place in future society but how it
will change a daily life? The main question or
technologies how will make better life
conditions. It even can change the meaning of
some phenomenon and color it in different
hues. Harder aim is to make better
communication between generations. Mission
is to include all generations equally in societal
process. Sectors as career, daily life activities
or cultural differences will be changed
according of development of technologies.
II. Beginning of future society
For the beginning of understanding how our
future will be changed by technologies
development we need to take a look through
perspective of education methods. Exactly
education will lead us into future society and it
is an example how technologies will change
society thinking and habits. The main problem
as separation according cultural background
should be solved.
A. Lifelong learning [2]
Creating of future society where changes are
based on technologies and globalisation the
main impact belongs to education and
educators. Educators in society got different
meaning. It can be defined as helpers. From
this idea came that education length from
learning till adulthood turned into long life
process. The main idea and meaning of lifelong
learning is that every person should get
opportunity to educate themselves all lifelong.
Lifelong learning process is and will become
more significant trend of future society. Also
this education process is based on technologies
usage and equality. Equality here has an aspect
of culture. It means that in future education all
learners will gather for the aim of education.
Line of culture will be not significant at all.
Even now these are cases when some people
care about the cultural background of their
classmates. Paradox is that students gather to
learn something. So why it is so important who
are giving education and who receive it. For
the more, lifelong education is adapted for all
kind of age and cultural groups. The idea of
this is that activities of lifelong learning
process will include locals and quest in the
same place. This is important because in
Lithuania it is not developed enough as in
others countries. In Lithuania lifelong learning
is purely available for locals. As well lifelong
learning is current trend of future society
because it shows the real aim of future activities related with lifelong learning from
education. Changes and cultural mixtures are young days. For summing up all these ideas,
happening so fast. For making concord of the aspect of lifelong learning will be included

sector and labour market needs. As well aim of
education is to prepare students that their get
inclusion in society through aspect of career.
Despite of significant changes in education
process very important is role of educators and
students. Biggest different is that educators are
not the main source of knowledge. They are
more likely as consultants or helpers for
students to find out their needs and recommend
how they should to develop their talents. It
means also flexibility in policy making.
Curriculums are getting more abstract.
Educators are receiving more freedom of
planning their teaching activities. Biggest
differences will be visible more in pre-primary
and primary education levels. In nowadays in
these education’ levels are using very small
amount of technologies. In the future all
educational process of pre-primary and primary
education activities will be arranged in
innovate way. Young learners will start to
make their learning tasks with help of
technologies. Young learners from first step in
schools will start to manage with using
technologies. Despite of that, the main task for
future educators is that they show the way for
young learners how to use technologies in
smart way.
Technologies based education phenomenon
also is going to bring a new education trend
more widely. This is opened education sources.
Opened education sources can be described as
academic material which is available for
everyone free of charge. This can be internet or
even public libraries. The point of opened
education sources is that it is going to change
the aspect of education. In future society
education will be orientated personality which
means that people going to educate themselves
in informal ways according their personal
needs. In this case the needs of official
education and confirmation about completed
education will be decreased.
Finally will be developed idea that education is
important for all groups of ages. Education in
elderly years is even important. For this reason
is established the university of third age. This
university provides opportunity for generation
of elderly people to gain new skills. In this way
elder people are able to gain or renew skills
which will be needed for getting inclusion in
future society.
III. Life in future society [6]
Technologies are influential for society not
only in process of education but also in others
aspects. Even every field will be changed
differently according the technologies but
everything will be orientated in term of
improve living conditions for humans.
A. Technologies in medicine [5]
Extended abilities in education because of
technologies in the same time it provided better
conditions for development of medicine. Main
point of future medicine is to improve people
life quality. This can mean that people which
have health disorders because of medicine they
will be able to live normal life. For instance,
people which had lost their limbs will be an
opportunity to get prosthesis and move it as
real one perfectly. The most important is that
this will be affordable for disabled from all
kinds of economical levels. Also in other way
more and more sickness will be cured. Like all
types of cancer.
People also have not just physical disorders but
in same time and psychological ones. For this
case technologies are very useful. In the future
will be easier get psychologist service without
going directly in their office and standing in
long queues. One of solution is psychologists
consultations arranged on line. This will turn
into big part of future society because people
are getting busier for going to psychologist
office but the need for this is in very high level.
For the more, psychologists are getting a bit
different aspect. They will be not only needed
for people who have mental problems but also
for people who would like to explore their
personalities. This is related with education
field that people will be more likely to open
their hearts for psychologist which will help for
people to figure out what they want their life.
In same time it will make people happier that
they are able to find the way of their life. It also
means that people in future society will chose
their education wisely.
B. Technologies in daily life [6]
As it is visible from nowadays that in the future
people will use even more technologies in their
daily life routine. As a example could be given
house hold works. For dealing with daily house
hold works even now people use technologies
as helpers which help to make it faster, easier
and better. It is has positive impact because
people will have even more time for something
else like for hobbies, career or family. The
ideas of saving time from house hold works are
really attractive but it should not be forgotten
that there are a safety issues for extremely new
and just a little tested technologies. One of
them as a main example would be
communications’ technologies like computers,
cell phones or tablets. The truth is that they do
help to reach people which are needed and in
extremely short time. But if take a look in
another side, communication technologies let
to reach to each other every time. This
communication technologies development will
take bigger part from spare time. According to
this people will be less privacy from where will
appear more stress.
IV. Future society institute [7]
The prediction about future society sounds
positively but even for it preparation is needed.
It means that to get inclusion and adaptation in
future society is needed to be educated enough.
Future society institute is main organization in
Lithuania for preparing the future society. This
organization focuses on skills developments
which are needed for people for the future.
Future society institute provides education on
the direction of creative thinking, cultural
industries and sustainability. It reveals that
world goes global with help of technologies
and it brings mixtures on the different cultures.
In this case harmony and tolerance are areas on
which people should work on it for building
future society.
V. Possible challenges in future
society
From all described predictions it is possible to
make to make challenges of future. As it was
mentioned before that because of development
of technologies will need less working place
and will be tense competition to get in labour
market. All these factors can turn to
unemployment. As well ratio of unemployment
can be deepening because of slack in education
system. From this entire prediction are coming
the main challenge for future scenario of
society. It should not be forgetter that this
aspect of slack in education system will make
harder choice of recruitment for employs. This
idea can be described as those potential
workers will have very different education
background. It means that it will be very hard
to compare candidates because they will not
have even same knowledge from official
education. In this case is very important to
balance official education which will reflect
needs of future society and non-formal
education which will help to develop talents of
each person. Make sure that legislation of
education would have both sides can be not
easy.
VI. The meaning of society in future[8]
Even it was told a lot about process in
future and how they will change and
challenge future life. Even though, one
important case was forgotten. What is the
meaning of society in the future? As it was
written before that beginning of future
society is educators but what is more of
future society. Firstly, should be mentioned
that society as a group will get bigger
importance. People will spend more time
for using technologies. In this reason
people will feel lack of live
communication. Starting of trying to feel as
useful part of society will bring actions of
going to perfection. It can be explained that
people will try not just make economic
growth or well being but also do not loose
old values as friendship.
Import part of society phenomenon of
active citizenship will gain different hues.
For instance, people will learn how to
juggle between globalisation and ethnicity.
This phenomenon can be explained deeper
as people will learn how to live in cultural
mixture. In same time people will be able
to uphold the ethnicity of their home
countries. Interesting thing is that the
borders of the countries will be gone but
cultural features will stay. This process will
symbolise the finite idea of globalization.

People in future society should promote
global education. It should be done in a few
different ways like lifelong, E and
technologies based learning. Even process
of education is very important but the
choice is even more significant. For this
reason psychologist will be helpers for
people is future society. Moreover, future
changes not only improve life conditions
but will make many challenges.
I am sure that changes in the future should
go on the way how it was mentioned in
article. The main question for now on is
how to make better communication
between people and do not over use
technologies because there is a big risk of
it.
