2nd NATIONAL CONFERENCE-WORKSHOP ON LANGUAGE AND LITERATURE

OF THE MINDANAO STATE UNIVERSITY-ILIGAN INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY

The Department of English of the Mindanao State University-Iligan Institute of

Technology (MSU-IIT) will conduct the 2nd National Conference-Workshop on
Language and Literature (NCWoLL) with the theme Updating Constructs for 21st
Century Pedagogy/ies: Language and Literature in K to 12 and Institutions of Higher
Education from November 15 to 17, 2018 at the MSU-IIT Campus, Iligan City.

The conference-workshop aims to keep participants abreast with the trends

and issues in the learning and teaching of English and of our local languages in the

The target participants are teachers from public and private elementary and
secondary schools.

Participation of public and private schools shall be subject to the no-disruption-

of-classes policy stipulated in DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 entitled Instituting
Measures to Increase Engaged Time-on-Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith.
