Unit 11 Lesson D Making an impression

Dear Editor,
I don't believe that the sidewalks in our town are as clean as they should be. We
regularly walk through litter from overflowing trash cans, and some gutters are
full of leaves. It's clear that the waste-disposal company employed by the town is
not doing a good job. In my view, their contract should not be continued, and
another company should be hired to keep the streets clean. I feel that this should
be done as soon as possible. We certainly don't want tourists to develop a
negative image of our beautiful town.
