Education is fundamental to human progress. It plays a prominent role in all-around development

of individual as well as society. A large number of books have been written on the importance of education.
Education plays a key role in creating patriotic, disciplined and productive manpower.
Education to the citizen is the responsibility of the State since India is a welfare State. It is an
integral part of the social sector of the economy. It adds to the efficiency and productivity of human
resources leading to sustainable economic growth. Its direct and indirect effects can be observed on the
performance of economic sector and social sector of the country. The role of State is important in education
sector for its vertical and horizontal growth.
As for our school education system is concerned, the students doesn’t have the ability to decide the
career of their life. They do not have ability to find out their strength and weakness.
The greatest drawback of present education system lies in the fact that there is a wide gap between
education and its marketability. Our education system does not groom young men and women in a way that
they can meet the requirement of job market. Every educated person wants to be a quill-driven, and only a
few lucky ones are able to secure jobs in government or Private offices.
I can contribute and the impact of the government school education system by creating career
guidance awareness to the students. The government has providing lot of help to the students for their
higher education like first graduate scheme i.e providing free education for the students. And also corporate
is having social responsibility by trained the graduated students and placed in their own company.
If I join in the fellowship programme I can able to give the best to students and can able to learn lot
of new thing from them also. I can give necessary career guidance and motivation to them and how to live
in the society in the right path. I want to make the path of the students in the correct way such that they
are responsible person in the society.

4. What would you consider as your biggest achievement in life? (maximum: 100 words)

MY BIGGEST ACHIVEMENT IN LIFE:

My greatest achievement in life is undoubtedly my greatest failures in life. To "learn from your
own mistakes" is a quote by which I have lived all my life and will continue to live by. All my life, I, like all
other humans, have made mistakes. However, unlike others, I have squeezed through these huge walls of
mistakes and have come out as a reformed individual, with a positive outlook on life. They say that
experience is the best teacher; and what better way to get experience than from your own mistakes. May
it be in terms of academics, self-reform, or even in helping others, I have made mistakes; but have never
let them overpower my confidence and perseverance to succeed in life.
It is said that mistakes are stepping stones for success. I had made lot of mistakes in my life. I have
always tried to remain consistent throughout my entire academic life, but "to err is human", and that I
am. By this I mean to say that, like other, I too had many distractions which interfered in my path to
becoming a well-rounded individual; and although, in some cases, these distractions achieved their goals,
they could not stop me from achieving mine.
The road to success has many cracks, each ready to make you stumble and lose hope; but it is
your self-determination and perseverance which ultimately becomes the driving force that lets you
recover from your fall.
5. What would you consider as your biggest failure in life? (maximum:
100 words)

The biggest failure in my life is how to choose the career for the future. After finishing my
schooling, i have lot confusion for choosing my career. Even though my parents are there to guide
me. This is my failure till date. Apart from that I have little bit failure. But id doesn’t hurt most.
The career i decided after my graduation is the best so that I can proudly say. Because we are here
to guide the students and make them to choose the right path to the students.

From the billgates quote:

It’s fine to celebrate success but it is more important to heed the lessons of failure.”

AS he said to celebrate success if fine but we have to learn lessons from our failure Even though I
failed in choosing my career now I learned lot of things from my failure. I am saying to students that
failure is the first step for success. So don’t get depressed in the first attempt itself.
If we get success on the first attempt itself people called it as Luck. So don’t get depressed if you
failed in the first attempt.

6. Explain about the biggest risk that you have taken in your life. (maximum: 100 words)

It is hard to believe that the successful people have not taken any risk at any point of their
lives.Search for their stories, we all will be amazed that they have taken extraordinary risks to follow their
dreams. To achieve your goals, you have to stay focus, and calm. You need to be on your toes to attain
your aim. I consider myself a risk taker, but the biggest risk I have taken was when I passed my high
school. I followed my dreams and went against my parent's wish to become an Engineer. I excelled in
studies, so my parents wanted me to pursue my career in medical line.
I had no interest in science, although I was good in it. I chose math as my major and told my
parents about my decision. They were furious and worried about my future. They offered me financial
help if I choose science, but I refused their offer. I was excited about my decision but also had second
thought sometimes in my mind.
It was really hard when I actually faced the real world . In the beginning, I had to face time
management problems and the circumstances was not quite in my favor. I started regretting my decision.
I had to work and study all by my own. Then I read many books on the struggle of the successful and
famous people and that helped me a lot. I controlled myself and put my efforts in studies and work. I
work even harder in my studies. I was in the toppers. I still remember, I called my parents about my
achievement and they were happy and appreciated my hard work and concentration to achieve my aim.
In conclusion, I would say nothing is impossible. All you have to do is take risks, set your goals, and stay
focus. Hard work is key of success .
7. Describe a situation in your professional life when you didn’t have
anyone to guide you or show you a path/ direction. How did you
handle such situation and what did you learn from this experience? (Maximum 100 words)

Learning the best thing if no one has to guide. Because if everyone says that if have their own
work and cant able to guide you we must accept that thing first. Now a day we are having lot of facilities
to search through the net and get the necessary procedure for doing the right thing.

We can say it by an perfect example:

klavya was the son of a poor hunter. He wanted to learn archery to save the deer in the forest that were
being hunted by the leopards. So he went to Dronacharya (a master of advanced military arts) and
requested him to teach him archery. Dronacharya was the teacher of the Royal family. In those days, as a
rule, a teacher to the members of Royal family was not allowed to teach the state art to anybody else. It
was forbidden to make anyone as powerful as the princes for the safety of the region. But Eklavya deeply
desired to study under Dronacharya. Dronacharya, bound by the state law, could not accept him as his
student. Eklavya in his heart had already accepted Dronacharya as his Guru. He went home and made a
statue of his Guru. Over the following years, with sincerity and practice, he learnt archery and became
better than the state princes at the art. He became so good at it that, he would hear the sound of the
animal, shoot an arrow at it and claim the animal.

From this example we can clearly say that we can’t lose hope at any time. Even how bad the
situation it can be changed .We can’t do the others the same thing.

Each and every thing will become an experience for learners.
