This survey was created using Office 365 Microsoft
Forms, which is a surveying tool. The survey
collected information after the implementation of
my professional development module to find
teacher self-ratings in terms of comfort and
experience with teaching creativity and using
enrichment practices in their general education
classrooms. (Similar to the pre survey). It asks them
to rate the PD offered as well as the OneNote
Resources they received.
One of my goals in this practicum was to conduct a
post-survey as means of measuring growth from the
implementation of my PD. It also provided me with
some feedback about the effectiveness of my PD,
and what they found useful. This will ultimately guide
my ability to continue to supply support for these
teachers moving forward.
Level 1
Cobb County School District provides Office 365 for
us, so using the Microsoft Forms application was free
and easy for both me and my colleagues, who are
also familiar with Forms. I made it rather quickly
(roughly 15 minutes).
