    Training Report- HONDA (Press shop) on Servo & MP

    Main Objectives
     YASKAWA Products – Servo & MP Basics
     Maintenance of YASKAWA Servo motor & drive in HONDA Press line
     Brief overview on History of YASKAWA and its Products
    We conducted basic and maintenance hands-on training of Servo & MP controller on
    10th & 11th Sep at Bangalore.

    HONDA have 1500 Ton H&F make Press with YASKAWA Super large capacity 220Kw
    Servo motor (12 nos.) and servo pack 55kw (48nos.). Last year we visited and
    proposed them the training. Five members from HONDA Cars, Bhiwadi, Rajasthan
    attended the training at our Bangalore office.

    On 1st day Mr. Arumugam covered the topics on Servo pack, motor & trouble
    shooting. 2nd day, Mr. Ramesh covered the topics on MP controller, basic
    programming, troubleshooting & Maintenance. HONDA team were very happy and
    confident to handle their machine after our training.
