Pricing strategy The services we offer at reasonable prices to ensure that the services
are affordable to be paid by customers. We also monitor and observe
the prices offered by our competitors to be competitive in price in the
market.
Distribution/place Our business location is very strategic. It is located close to
strategy residential and downtown areas. In addition, our workshop is also
located in front of the main route as well as close to the residential
park area and easy for customers to see if they want to go to our
workshop.
Promotion strategy The promotion we use is through the mass media. We also promote
our business by using a community of motorcyclists and motorcycle
groups in social sites such as Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and
our own website. We also rely on ‘word of mouth’ promotion by our
existing customers as we believe that this is cost effective and
convincing to attract new customers.
