Your support or sponsorship of History Highlights is critical to fulfilling the Onondaga
Historical Association’s mission of inspiring the community’s understanding that the
history we share is the foundation for our future together.
Our magazine’s purpose is to educate and encourage the exploration, apprecitation
and utilization of the past by bringing stories to a broad audience. By reserving space
in History Highlights, you will help ensure its publication and role in educating readers
and instilling pride in our community’s rich history.
History Highlights is a perfect bound, bi-annual, glossy magazine with a contemporary,
yet distinguished and open design. Consistent, well written and educational articles,
high quality photography, and clearly laid out design will spotlight and celebrate
Onondaga County’s stories throughout time.
With content that will educate, explain and entertain, this magazine will create a
symbiotic relationship between OHA, its readers, and its sponsors/advertisers. The
magazine has a press run of nearly 1,700 copies delivered to OHA members and
waiting rooms throughout Central New York.

This contract is made between the Onondaga Historical Association and _______________________________
for the purchase of space in the magazine, History Highlights. In signing this you hereby agree to advertise in
History Highlights magazine in accordance with the terms specified below.

OHA gives no assurance of ad location other than for premium page orders. We will make every attempt for
placement in the best possible position for the benefit of the advertiser and betterment of the publication.
History Highlights will not be held accountable for any damages caused by ad content sumbitted or approved
by advertiser. Further, advertiser shall indemnify OHA for any cost, fees, or losses due to said content being
approved.

Advertisements should be submitted by the appointed deadline, March 1st, 2019, to ensure placement in the
magazine.

Advertiser is responsible to complete payment to the Onondaga Historical Association for the selected ads (see
below) within 30 days of receipt of an invoice.
