The provisional Zone-wise seniority list of DEEs for the period from
2009-10 to 2010-11, communicated vide Circular memo 15th cited was finalized vide
Circular memo 16th cited and a provisional integrated seniority list of DEEs for the
above period was communicated vide Circular memo 17th cited and the concerned
staff members were directed to submit objections or modifications,

if any, to the seniority list within 15 days from the date of placing of Circular Memo
in the official public domain.

2) Further all the objections and modifications suggested by the staff

members, which were received within the stipulated period, were carefully
examined as per the rules and were accordingly resolved and necessary
modifications / corrections were made to the zone-wise seniority lists of DEEs of
Zone-III, Zone-V, Zone-VI and City Cadre in terms of Rule-24(c) of AP State and
Subordinate Service Rules’1996. Resultantly, modifications were also made to the
provisional integrated seniority list dated 03-10-2018 to the extent necessary. A
statement showing the action taken on the objections put forward by the staff
members is herewith enclosed.

3) As such, it is hereby ordered that (i) the Zone-wise seniority lists of

Deputy Executive Engineers, Roads & Buildings Department from the panel year
2009-10 to 2010-11 and (ii) the integrated seniority list of DEEs for the above
period, are herewith finalized and communicated to the concerned individuals
through website i.e., www.aprdc.ap.gov.in under Administration caption. It may
also be added that the notional date of commencement of probation arrived in
respect of each DEE (irrespective of Zones) is purely in terms of Rule-22(2)(a)(i) read
with Rule-33(a) of AP State and Subordinate Service Rules’1996.

4) However, the above finalization of seniority list of Deputy

Executive Engineers is subject to outcome of any cases pending in Hon’ble APAT or
High Court or further directions issued by the Government in this regard.
