5 Friday Monthly Examination

1. The inspection item for #1/#2 UAT is main tank N2 pressure, cover condition, and corrosion condition. The N2 pressure for #1UAT maintained at 0.025MPa, #2 UAT 0.025Mpa. The corrosion of both UAT is also relatively small and can
be considered as normal condition. The #1 UAT plastic cover is good and totally cover the entire body surface. Distinct from it, the #2 UAT plastic cover can’t cover the side body of it. We recommend replacing the plastic cover to
ensure the total body coverage.

This photo is the taken from the side of the breather. The silica gel inside the breather is blue, but the bottom has turned to black. The oil level is half. This
condition is considered as normal

This picture shows the read of pressure gauge of N2 placed on the top of #1 UAT,
the pressure is well maintained at approximately 0.025Mpa

The Oil purifier cover is observed in good condition.

Transformer Oil Purifier

Tank condition is good, no leakage. But the cover still not replaced with a new one. The torn is everywhere now. Recommend to replace it timely.
