28. Observed Strengths:
Khadija Mohamed is excellent in organization, level of commitment and professionalism. She truly cares
about improving her craft and the welfare of her students.
She is an excellent teacher and is ready for graduation to begin her career. She will struggle with the
same things all teachers struggle their first year, but he has the work ethic and professional preparation
to overcome any trials in teaching.
