longitudinal lie, cephalic –vertex presentation, ROT

IE on admission: Cervix -2 cm dilated, 60% effaced, vertex, ROT station -3, intact BOW

8-16-18

2AM: Cervix -3 cm, 70 % effaced, ROT, st -1 intact BOW

5AM: Cervix -4 cm 80%, ROT st-1 intact BOW

8AM: Cervix 6 cm, 80% , ROT, st 0 , intact BOW

10AM: BOW ruptured spontaneously, Cervix 9 cm, 90%,ROA, st +1

11AM: Cervix fully dilated 100% effaced, ROA, st+2, Rupt memb

12 PM: DOA, st +3

12:30 PM – delivered a live Bb girl AS 8,10

12:45 PM – placenta del, Schultz mech

#2 G4P3003 38 yo 39 weeks admitted for hypogastric pains radiating to the lumbosacral area, occurring
every 7-10 min, lasting for 30 sec. admitted at VSMMC at 4 pm Aug 15, 2018.

Vital signs WNL. Fundal height 35 cm; FHR – 150/min

IE : Cervix – 2cm dilated ,50% effaced, vertex, ROP, station -4, intact BOW

4 hrs after admission, repeat IE revealed Cervix 3 cm, 60% effaced ROP station -3

12 midnight (Aug 16) :Cervix - 3 cm, 60% , ROP, station -3, intact BOW

6AM: the same IE findings

10 AM : same IE findings

2 PM: same IE findings; Vital signs WNL; FHR- reassuring

#3 G2P1001 admitted in active labor, normal vital signs, FH 36 cm, FHR – 144/min

Cervix – 6 cm , 80% effaced, LOT station -1, intact BOW

2hrs after admission, IE revealed: Cervix, 8 cm dilated, 80% , ROT st-1 intact BOW

2 hrs after (4 hrs after admission), cervix -10 cm, 100% effaced, ROT st -0, intact BOW

Amniotomy was done with clear AF.

2 hours after (6 hours after admission)- the same IE findings

#4 G1P0 came in for labor pains. She is 41 weeks AOG. On admission the Cervix - 4 cm dilated, 60%
effaced, LOP, station -2 intact BOW.

3 hours after admission: cervix – 5 cm 70% LOT st-2 intact BOW

6 hours from admission: cervix – 6 cm, 80%, LOT station -2 intact BOW
