2009, MS. JESUSA MENDIOLA was given an opportunity to work
at the Barangay Secretariat Office since 2010 until 2016 as a Job Hire.
Given her competence and work ethics she was hired as a regular
employee last November 10, 2016 with a position of
ADMINISTRATIVE AIDE VI.

Given the foregoing, MS. JESUSA MENDIOLA is strongly

recommended to be appointed for the position of
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT II under the Office of the City

humbly requests that the persons hereunder listed be appointed to
the vacant positions in his office, to wit:

Prior to her admission to the BAR, Atty. Love Faith Hayco, entered
the City Legal Office, as Job Hire Contractor. Given her competence
and work ethics she was appointed as Legal Assistant II on January
16, 2018 and she exhibited an exemplary performance therein. In
January of this year, Atty. Hayco was reassigned in the Office of the
undersigned so as to momentarily carry out the duties and functions
of the position unto which she is recommended to be appointed.

In her stay to this representation’s office, Atty. Hayco has exhibited

exemplary performance which greatly contributed in the
performance output of the Office of the City Administrator and of
the entire City Government.

Given the foregoing vis-à-vis the need of this office for competent
