    General overview of changes in the structure

    1. Grades for beams and slabs have been changed to m25 except for 9th floor 5-5 to
    4-4 grid
    2. Safe was used for foundation design
    a. Stiff property was assigned for soil pressure (165 kn/m2> 130(110)
    kn/m2, hence pile was anticipated)
    b. Piles(m20) were added using point spring properties.
    c. Two pedestals were used for punching and overall the depth of the
    raft is 3'2".
