Fragment Chapter/1: Memory

Old memories from 30 years ago. In this section we know the real name of
Itsuka Shidou is Takamiya Shinji and the time he spent with the First Spirit -
Takamiya Mio.
Chapter 1: Mother Zero
Beginning with the battlefield scene following the end of vol 17. At this point,
Kurumi stands in front of Shidou, who is being pierced by an arm through
her chest. Kurumi tried to use «Zafkiel» but was stopped.
“Sorry. Tokisaki Kurumi. And thank you too. Thanks to you, I can stand
before him again.”
The silhouette of a young woman appeared, the last words Kurumi even said
is:
“Shi.......dou, san....... run.........”
The next moment, all of the surrounding Kurumi's clone disappear, the girl
standing in front of Shidou.
“.......It's been a long time. At last I was able to meet you──── Shin.”
The girl then touches Shidou's head and all of his memories are restored. In
a severe headache, Shidou called out the name of the girl.
“ ──── Mi, o.......?”
The scene change to the "Fraxinus" flying in the sky of Tenguu City. From
the display, the crew confirmed:
“Life, life reaction of Tokisaki Kurumi.......... has disappeared.”
The meeting between Mio and Shidou was recorded by the camera and
displayed on the main screen. All crew members including Kotori are
shocked by the name "Shin" - the way Murasame Reine used to call Shidou.
And they also noticed that the person standing in front of Shidou was much
like Reine, but younger. Reine now acknowledges her true identity without
hiding anything.
“...... More than Kurumi's clones, almost identical to «Nibelcole». 『That』is
『me』 , 『I』am 『that』. Two bodies but share the same desire. I’m here
have a job too. Separating each other will be more convenient. ───
Especially, when distributing Sephira to everyone.”
“«Phantom»” Reine says that name, and farewell to Kotori.
“...... Now, it's time for me to go. ─── Kotori, the days spent with you make

Reine in the blink of an eye disappears from the cabin of «Fraxinus».
Reine appears in front of Shidou, standing beside Mio. The light radiates
from their bodies, and the two merge into one. Original appearance of the
First Spirit - Takamiya Mio, Astral Dress with a circle of 10 pearls on the
back. The Spirit with the godly name «Deus» is now standing in front of
Shidou ─── No, more correctly, Takamiya Shinji.
Shidou expresses his feelings, but also questions and tries to advise Mio,
while Mio persuades Shidou to hand over everything to her. Then Mio made
a final decision, while she reached out to Shidou then Tohka appeared.
Tohka, along with Yamai's sisters after handling «Bandersnatch» and
«Nibelcole», returned to Shidou. After a short conversation, the two sides
broke out, Mio clearly her purpose.
“It's been a long time since I've met Shin so I forget. That’s right, all of you
are still here ─── To avoid the good parts of『Shin』 and only
erase『Shidou』’s memories, it will take some time and effort. So I think I
should deal with the girls first.”
The battle broke out between Tohka, Yamai sister and Mio. However, Mio
did not want to involve Shidou, so she sent him to the classroom. The feeling
is the same as when using the Fraxinus teleport system.
Not able to react, when Shidou opened his eyes, he was in class with his
classmates. This sudden appearance caused all of them to ferment . Due to
the critical situation, Shidou was forced to reveal the situation and use
«Michael» to open the door.

Returning to this situation at Tohka, after several attacks on Mio, Westcott

interrupts with Demon King «Beelzebub» and the «Nibelcole». At this point,
Mio summoned her first Angel 〖Cathedral of All Creation «Ain Soph Aur»〗

A giant flower appears in the air. And from the center, the silhouette of a
young girl as if praying is standing there. An extremely majestic and
magnificent sight. But that’s the thing bringing『 Death 』.
When Mio says: “Blooming.” 『 Death 』starts spreading around.
The scene change to DEM, the battleship «Almandal», «Honorius»,
«Galdrabók», «Lemegeton» and the «Bandersnatch» armies continue to be
deployed above the Tenguu City. As witnesses of a power far out of their
imagination appear, DEM members are panicking, but only Isaac Westcott
still laughs wildly.
“Finally appeared ─── «Deus». My beloved Spirit.”
In the surrounding area, whether "Nibelcole", "Bandersnatch", Wizards or
even the giant warship, anything that touches the bright particles emanating
from "Ain Soph Aur" disappears like smoke . When the obstacles are gone,
Mio turns to Tohka and Yamai sisters.

Fragment Chapter/2: Friends
This part is told about Mio is beginning to get used to life 30 years ago. Mana
becomes Mio's friend and mentor. It is revealed in the past that Mana is a
friend of Homura Haruko (later known as Itsuka Haruko, Kotori's biological
mother and Shidou's adoptive mother).
Chapter 2: The Three Magi
Origami, along with Yoshino and Mukuro after fighting Artemisia, brought
her back to the base of AST. But Artemisia was severely wounded, although
Mukuro used «Michael» to close the wound but the AST equipment could
not meet the need for treatment. Ryouko is reluctant to resort to the help of
«Fraxinus» under the suggestion of Origami. From here, AST team and
Ryouko begin escorting Artemisia to «Fraxinus».
The scene change to Ellen and Elliot's confrontation is still unfinished from
vol 17, Ellen questions and blames Elliot for betraying and leaving. Ellen now
draws her last weapon, the «Rhongomiant» to defeat Elliot.
Continue with the battle between Tohka, Yamai and Mio. After many
unsuccessful attacks, Tohka and Yamai sister decided to team up for the
most powerful blow.〖Final Sword «Halvanhelev»〗 with «Raphael» complete
form - El Kanaph attack at the same time. After that powerful attack, Mio's
silhouette disappeared.
Then suddenly appeared behind Kaguya more than 10m, Tohka shouted
warning but too late, a silk strip from the Mio's Astrall Dress pierced through
Kaguya's chest. From the top of it, an orange shiny Sephira is drawn.

Kaguya took her last breath in Yuzuru's arms.

Yuzuru becomes uncontrollable after Kaguya's death and goes madly
attacking Mio. But a silk strip from Mio's side pierces through Yuzuru's

“Ugh ─── , Mio, you...........!”
Tohka clenched her teeth, when despair and pain enveloped her, Mukuro,
Yoshino, Origami and Mana flew. Mukuro promptly blocks a Mio’s attack to
protect Tohka.
Mio is happy to see Mana again and does not want her involved.
“ I need to revoke the Sephiroth right now. I do not want you to die. Just for
a moment, let's leave here.”
Shidou was flying over the city of Tenguu and saw the Ratatoskr and DEM
battleships still fighting each other. Suddenly Shidou felt the concentration
of power was interrupted, the winds enveloping him weakened and the speed
of flight was reduced.
On the flight, Shidou confronted the «Nibelcole», and DEM chief executive
Isaac Westcott appeared. Shidou now remembers the whole past, including
having been killed by Westcott once.
Fragment Chapter/3: School
This part is about a normal morning of Takamiya Shinji. The story tells us
that Shinji had a close friend at the same class, Itsuka Tatsuo (Kotori's
biological father and Shidou's adoptive father). When Shinji was chatting
with Tatsuo in class, Mio came to give Shinji the item he forgot at home. And
of course the whole class are so excitement for such a beautiful girl appears.
Chapter 3: Leaves Falling Off The World Tree
The first part tells the story of Westcott's inner, childhood-repressed hatred,
ambition, and efforts to achieve his goal - Rebuild the world.
Back at Shidou facing Westcott, he admits he can not afford to take Mio's
power now and asks Shidou to cooperate. Of course Shidou refused and the
battle broke out.
Shidou calls the name of «Zadkiel», «Raphael», «Metatron» . Cold air
swirled, the dancing winds, and the『Wings』 carrying light flying around
him.
The scene switches to the match between Ellen and Elliot. Ellen was defeated
and ready to take her end.
“That’s right, victory is yours, Elliot. ─── I can not stand this shame
anymore. Come on, kill me.”
However, Elliot did not do that, he was only “disable the ability” of Ellen. He
then scolded Ellen is "Idiot". Through an argument, Elliot leaves, and the
previously created Territory disappears. Ellen whispered the last words in

Woodman smiled peacefully and gently closed his eyes.
“ ───〖Samsara Paradise «Ain Soph»〗”
When Mio raised her hand and called up that name, a giant tower appeared.
The tower is surrounded by flowers and branches, and its top is pierced by
the sky. In a moment, the entire surroundings are only black and white, and
the scene is made up of cubes.
“Ukm........ After all, what is this?”
“Not....... illusion...... right?”
“........., Territory? But, to this extent ───”
At the words of Origami, Mio spoke up as if to respond.
“......... That feeling is not wrong. DEM has recreated the model of『This
place』, a free space of operation called Territory.”
The present space is explained by Mio as『Neighbor World』, a world that
exists next to the real world, where the Spirits live.
Mukuro intended to use «Michael» to nullify «Ain Soph», but when Mukuro
stabbed through the『hole』that «Michael» opened up in space, the top of
«Michael» was plugged directly into Mukuro's body.
“........... Did I say that?『This place』, is the neighbor world has been
overridden in the real world. ─── My world. All laws, all rules, all natural
phenomena, are different from the world you know. In this world, attacks on
«Ain Soph», all becomes impossible. ─── Like humans can not live

Mukuro collapsed on the black and white ground, and Astral Dress melted
into bright particles, from her back, a faint shining Sephira soaring. Mio
waved, Sephira automatically flew and sank into her chest. A position in the
circle of 10 stars behind Mio radiate golden light.

only Mio, Tohka, Origami and Yoshino left in the battlefield.

Just as Mio touched the Metatron and called that name, «Metatron» turned
and spiked toward Tohka and the others, streams of light come forth .
Yoshino uses «Zadkiel» to create an ice wall. But,

At that moment Mio said, the ice wall melted momentarily, the light from the
«Metatron» shot through Yoshino's chest.
“Yoshino!”
“Toh......ka, sa ───”
Yoshino's small body fell to the ground, «Zadkiel» along with Astral Dress
dissolved into the air. From her chest, a blue Sephira floats, and like Mukuro,
sinks into Mio's chest.
Scene transferred to the Ryouko group, they have now reached «Fraxinus».
It was the first time AST leader - Kusakabe Ryouko had met «Fraxinus»
commander - Itsuka Kotori, and she was surprised that Kotori was so young.
Ryouko also met her pre-AST leader, who is now deputy commander of

Kotori ordered the firing of the Spirit Power Cannon «Gungnir», target is
Takamiya Mio.
As soon as Mio was covering the airstrike, Tohka and Origami take the
chance to attack. But when Origami hits the spear «Einherjar» on Mio's side,
Mio blocks it and a spear of light from Mio's hand stabs back towards
Origami.

“!? Ori, gami ─── ?”
“...... Well, if you want to beat me, I think you will use this way. ─── So, I
will simulate it.”
Origami collapses on the ground, from her chest a white Sephira soars, and
is absorbed by Mio.
The next moment, a light band extend from the ground and pierces Tohka's
chest.
“Ugh, ha..........!?”
Tohka unconsciously let moan escaped from her throat. Her arm lost
strength, «Sandalphon» holding in hand fell to the ground. Tohka could not
keep her body straight, knees fell and she fell to the ground. Looking up into
the sky, she can see Mio's Angel «Ain Soph Aur» radiating out the sparkling

Kotori opened her eyes, before her eyes is a desolate scene, ariship
«Fraxinus» was shot down not far away - This place is within the neighbor

of «Camael».
She sat up and saw Mio standing there, a small piece of Sephira from the
underside of Nia's body was drawn.

“All, is that false? Even if you saved me. Or you continued to support me.
And, of course, became my best friend. All, is that false?”

Kotori's chest. She fell to the ground, Astrall Dress with the healing flames

As the consciousness fades, Kotori leaves the latter words to her friend.
Fragment Chapter/4: Date
Tells about a Mio’s date with Shinji on Sunday. They meet at the station,
chatting and then take the train to the sea.
Chapter 4: The First and Last Confrontation
Back to the battle between Shidou and Westcott. At this point Shidou is
using «Gabriel» to strengthen his body, riding on the winds from «Raphael»,
and holding «Sandalphon» in his hand, surrounded by «Nibelcole», with
Westcott and the Demon King «Beelzebub».
After a fierce battle, Shidou is overwhelmed then Natsumi and Miku appear
to relieve him. After Shidou briefly explained the situation, they immediately
escaped to head towards Mio.
However, the «Nibelcole» catches up, they are blocked and no other way
than to continue fighting. Shidou decided to use〖Final
Sword《Halvanhelev》〗under the help of Miku and Natsumi.

in order to defeat Westcott, he must use a skill that even Demon King
«Beelzebub» does not know.

But then, the world suddenly turns into black and white, from Westcott's
chest, a gray Sephira soars.

Chapter 5: Fingers Hanging Over The Trigger

The battlefield now is only Shidou, Tohka and Mio left.

That’s right, is the name. Origami, Nia, Kurumi, Yoshino, Kotori, Mukuro,
Natsumi, Kaguya, Yuzuru and Miku all have names from the beginning
because they are human.
The battle broke out between Mio and Tohka. Tohka can now borrow power
from other Spirits and Mio herself. She wears a new armor suit, like
Yoshino's «Siryon». With new strength, Tohka temporarily can fight against
Mio and injure Mio.

disappears from anywhere.

“Void Angel〖 《Ain》〗, ignore all laws, 『eradicate』 the target completely.
─── Let me say it again. Tohka is gone. Either anywhere in this world.”
The feeling of confusion flooded Shidou's mind.
“─── «Metatron» .........!”
Shidou grinned at that name, the『Wings』fly around him, with all his
might, to attack Mio. The left hand is «Zadkiel», the right hand is «Camael».
Shidou uses every Angels he has, every skill he knows. «Michael», «Haniel»,
«Raphael», «Gabriel» and «Sandalphon».

Mio just said such a thing, all of Shidou's attacks are wiped out.
As the desperation overwhelmed, a bullet hit Mio, but was captured by Mio’s
hand.
“ ────── Kihihi, hihi.”
Shape of the Spirit - Tokisaki Kurumi appears. However, this is just a clone
of Kurumi, the real Kurumi is already dead.
Back to an hour ago, when Kurumi was strangely pierced through the chest.
In those last moments, despite the failure to use the 〖Fourth
Bullet《Dalet》〗 to restore herself. Kurumi secretly assigned one of her
clones to the〖Eleventh Bullet《Yud Aleph》〗, and gathered all of her Spirit
Power remnants into the〖Twelfth Bullet《Yud Bet》〗, send that clone to
the future an hour later. It is Kurumi who is standing in front of Shidou and
Mio now.

This Kurumi explains that after the «Yud Bet» expires and is sent back to the
past, she will also disappear. But before that there was one thing she need to
do. Kurumi drags Shidou run away and kisses Shidou. Just then Mio catches
up and again from the ground, the light band extend and piercing through
Kurumi's chest.

This is all that Kurumi can give Shidou. Shidou then called up the name of
that Angel and the only possibility he could use - The power that had been
sealed in his body before.

Before Mio could react, Shidou pointed the gun at his head and pulled the
trigger.

Shidou opened his eyes and found himself inside a room in «Fraxinus». He
reached for the phone and saw the date. February 19th, one day before the
battle between «Ratatoskr» and DEM broke out, one day before Mio
slaughtered the Spirits.
Shidou remembers how he dealt with the Spirit, not fighting, but dating.
“ Reine-san. ─── Tomorrow, can you date with me?”
