Problem/Present Status: Before Improvement: good condition with out tripping.
a. Qualitative

Jd 619 conveyor bag filter vant fan was not in condition from long back . As seen in
pic the bottom portion of the vent fan was corroded and not in condition for b. Quantitative
continuous running . MODIFICATION :-As the ( Pictorial Representation)
area was continuously filled with water during rain season there is chance of
corrosion of bottom part again.so we have modified bottom part of causing with ss
plate and positioned it in location.Present it was running in good contion.

Real Root Cause Identification: After Improvement:

VENT FAN BOTTOM CASING MOC CHANGED FROM MS TO SS Standardization

REGULAR CORROSION OF FAN BOTTOM CASING DUE TO WATER STAGNATION

↓

NO PROPER DRAIN AVALIBLE FOR RAIN WATER PASSAGE.
