Examples of Feng Shui Metal Objects: Obert and PH.D
Metal objects should be soft or rounded in contour, and not sharp, jagged or harsh in
contour. Don’t introduce another sha. A metal bowl or wall mounted metal plate maybe
sufficient when considering a 2 or 5 alone.
Office furniture, filing cabinets and kitchen furniture such as dining room sets are not
considered Feng Shui Metal objects. Rod iron furniture, while Metal is consider to harsh
or sharp, be careful of their sharp edges. Sharp edges are considered a “knife” or Metal
sha. Sharp or jagged metal sculptures or objects are to be avoided.
When adding Metal to a room occupied by a Wood person, Chen or Sun, also add a
little Water to soften the effect on the occupant. The fountain on the left is a good
example. Water can also be added to the bowl too, but be careful to change often.
