OUTREACH PROGRAM PROPOSAL

I. OP TITLE: ALAY NG AGILA: HAGDAN TUNGO SA PANGARAP

TRIANGULO ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
III. RATIONALE:
Graduation ceremony marks the final recognition of a student when he or she

successfully finished his or her academic studies. Family and friends are blissfully present to

express their utmost support and extreme happiness witnessing their student’s educational

journey progress.

Triangulo Elementary School has no steel steps for the students to pass through going to

the stage when school events are happening like commencement exercises. With this

inconvenience and dangerous circumstance to all stakeholders of the said school, the Fraternal

Order of Eagles- Peñafrancia Thunderbolt Eagles Club (PTEC) aspirants would like to provide

two (2) sets of steel steps that shall be use by the students and faculty of the said school for their

perpetual convenience and safety in any school events it may serve.

The wife of one of the applicants is a faculty of Triangulo Elementary School in Naga

City and the urgent need for the steel steps was communicated to the PTEC applicants since it is

absolutely necessary for the upcoming commencement exercise on July 12, 2023. In this way,

the PTEC applicants would like to create and provide that steel steps before the upcoming

graduation ceremony on July 12, 2023.

Undoubtedly, the start of creating the steel steps must begin as soon as possible and with that, the

PTEC aspirants would like to implore your approval and comments for this matter.

IV. BENEFICIARIES:

385 students of Triangulo Elementary School

V. OBJECTIVES:

1. Provide two (2) stage steel steps

2. Support the school in events by having a convenient and safe use of their stage
