Fourndation, fnc., a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization, raised via your National
Elonors Society leaclership project and the benefit concert you held.

C)ur foundation was establishecl in order to provicle merit- and need-based music
sch,rlarships to deserving students, anc[your donation has helped us to realize that
dream. To date, we have been able tc, award over $25,000 in scholarships and
subsidies to cleserving music students. We hope to continue to raise funds in the
futttre so that our schcllarship program may continue to qrow) allowing us to ofler
both need-based and merit-based awards to more students throughout the coming
year. No goods or services were exchzrnged for this amount, and all proceeds go
towards scholarships and subsidies for str-rdents in need.
