requirements of your proposed project). Why?

- Technical Requirements (Min. Hectares Required)
- Social Aspect
Identify the MINOR SITE CRITERIAS (Less important) like:
- Zoning and Land-Use
- Compatibility with adjacent land use
- Topography
- Utilities and Infrastructures
- Vulnerabilities to Natural Hazards
- Transportation and Accessibility

 Major basis/criterias for the site selection in relation to the development of


the project.
 What and why the city/region was chosen.
 Present your SITE A, B & C (Minimum of 3 sites)
o Provide a site/location map (Landmarks + Other facilities)
o Site information such as:
- Location + Total Land Area + Existing Use and condition of the
chosen sites
- Site Photos (Roads, Lot and Existing Environment)
- Site Description + Transportation Access + Strategic location +
SWOT Analysis on the site (3 sites)

 IF THE SITE IS PIN POINTED / SPECIFIED IDENTITY, “NO SITE SELECTION
WILL BE DONE ANYMORE”
o Conduct an existing “Site Assessment and Evaluation” based on the
provided MAJOR AND MINOR CRITERIAS required for the development
of the project.
o Be sure to explain why the site is pin-pointed. Show a document/letter
stating that the site is already pin-pointed for the proposed project.
o Provide a site/location map (Landmarks + other facilities)
o Site information such as:
- Location + Total Land Area + Existing Use and condition of the chosen
sites
- Site Photos (Roads, Lot and Existing Environment)
- Site Description + Transportation Access + Strategic location + SWOT

 Specific Sector of Target Population (Students/Locals/Tourist)
 Percentage Target Population in reference to the whole population
 Current Projection of statistical data of Users, its GROWTH RATE
4.3.2 Organizational Structure

 Shows hierarchy of people who will manage the project


 From the highest position to the lowest staff
 Indicate the source of the Organizational Chart/Structure
 You can get this data from your Local Case Study visits
4.3.3 Behavioral Patterns

 Could be in Graphical form showing the users + facilities + equipments for such type
of activities
 Behavioral flow Diagram could also be done
 Identify the Major and Minor Activities and the Spaces required for each activities
 Data can be achieved from ACTUAL OBSERVATION from your local case study
actual visits.
