provided MAJOR AND MINOR CRITERIAS required for the development
of the project.
o Be sure to explain why the site is pin-pointed. Show a document/letter

o Provide a site/location map (Landmarks + other facilities)
o Site information such as:
- Location + Total Land Area + Existing Use and condition of the chosen

- Site Photos (Roads, Lot and Existing Environment)
- Site Description + Transportation Access + Strategic location + SWOT
