and resident of Baybay, Leyte, Philippines, after having been duly sworn to
accordance with law do hereby depose and say:

That the land I sold to Jake Cuenca , as per Deed of Absolute Sale,
dated November 15, 2011 before Notary Public Esther P. Solis, as Doc.
No. 185, Page No. 39, Book No. XIII, Series of 2018 has no improvement
except those stated in Tax Declaration.
