Bachelor of Science in Management Accounting, would like to inquire about the conditions required to
obtain the Environmental Compliance Certificate (ECC). In line with this we would like to ask the following
questions:

▪What are the certain conditions required?

▪What does obtaining an ECC means?

▪What rehabilitation guidelines does the EMB provides for the permittee holder

▪How do they assess/evaluate the conditions/rehab plan made by the permittee holders?

▪Who is the monitoring board assigned to monitor and evaluate the plans of the permittee holder

▪Is there any guidelines on how should the permittee holder execute their rehabilitation plan?
