than 15 years of experience as trainer, advisor, national and international consultant as well
he has got expertise on strategic planning process, human resources management, change
management, social project management, social marketing, human development, Human
Rights issues as well as in psychology clinic and psychometric applied to organizational and
business solutions. As international consultant, Armando has served in different cultures like
in many states of the USA, Mexico, Central America, Jamaica, Brazil, Argentina, amongst
others. His experience in working with church organizations, civil NGOs, voluntary task
forces, governmental institutions, national / international agencies of cooperation, industry
and consultant firms gives him a broad vision of human behavior in different environments of
