Jørn Utzon
1918-2008

• Jørn Utzon was born on April 9,1918 in


Copenhagen. He grew up in the town of
Aalborg, where his father was a naval
architect and engineer and director of the
local shipyard.

• The architect of Sydney Opera House, Jørn


Utzon was a relatively unknown 38 year
old Dane until January 29, 1957 when his
entry, scheme number 218, was announced
winner of the ‘International competition for
a national opera house at Bennelong Point,
Sydney’. With his vision the City of Sydney
was to become an international city

1- Project Integration Management
Project Integration Management includes the processes and activities
needed to identify, define combine, unify, and coordinate the various
processes and project management activities within the Project
Management Process Groups.

2- Project Scope Management


Project Scope Management includes identifying all work that is required to
be done to complete the project. This module start with Collection of
requirements and encompasses the controlling the changes to the scope.

3- Project Time Management


This module discusses the processes required for the timely completion of
the project. Beginning from Activity Lists, and followed by Activity
Sequencing, the module walks through to the schedule development

organization can be either the buyer or the seller of the products, services, or
results of project. It discusses various contract types and various types of
procurement documents and when to use which one.

Project Stakeholders Management includes the process of Identifying all the
Stakeholders in the project, analyzing their power and influence on the
project. Then documenting all their requirements and expectations. And
communicate all the required information to Stakeholders.
