INTRODUCTION

Commercial Food Service Operation exposed students to real


working environment that they will enter which is hotel industry.
This experience can faced all challenging things because student
have many working experience already during practical class.

We also know how to communicate with guest and handling


complaint from the guest and the team worker. As hotelier, student
must always keep smile when working.

As the Manager of The Day(MOD) we stimulate entrepreneur


traits and practice effective leadership skills in my hotel and
catering establishment. We have to learn how to manage staffs and
all duties division. The subject really polish and improve our
leadership skills and exposed in hospitality industry.
OBJECTIVE

-Stimulate entrepreneur traits and practice effective leadership


skills in food service establishment.

-Demonstrate knowledge and understanding about fast food.

-Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of running pickup


food.

-Supervise all staff properly.

-Make sure all guest happy with our service.

-Build teamwork among staff.

CONCLUSON
First of all ,we are thankful for being able to do both of COD and
MOD. This task is hard to us because we are responsible to giving
instructions to the staff.

However, we have learned how to manage staffs and all duties


division .

Lastly, we are very grateful to all member for having helped us in


this task. With cooperation our task be more easies and can
complete in short time.
