Pre-Webinar
In charge for Audio Visual items / PA systems that need to be used
for the webinar and Audio Video Presentation (AVP).
Create Website /design for promotion.
Provide required services related to drone and other shooting/
camera/ editing/ recording items for the AVP and webinar (where
necessary & required).
Assist AVP recording in terms of technical aspect.

During Webinar
Flash questions/live chat, screenshot questions for presenter.
Share information, post links to resources mentioned during the
presentation.
Liaise with admin & participants on the feedback link/ others
Liaise with Creative & Design on the flow of event, when to flash
info/slide
