Abstract –

A study of this project is a STUDY ON EMPLOYMENT SATISFACTION in


hotel airdrop and this is solely an internal analysis of the hotel .
The project aims at analysing the level of employee satisfaction
determine on the work culture of hotel airdrop .The project work is
based on primary data . the primary data was collected from the
questionnaire prepared and circulated to the employees.
This study gives me the clear picture of the various factors that is
involved in determining the satisfaction level of the employees . only
when the employees are satisfied and they relate themselves to the
hotel for long run the can be a valuable and main asset of the hotel
Finally ,it has give me lot of opportunities to know the overall
business knowledge of hotels

available for 24 / 7
 Amenities consist of a restaurant , bar , meeting room , plus
banquet hall and out door pool . and parking facility also many
more

enjoy there job
We feel obliged to introduce our ambitious venture HOTEL AIRDROP
as an entity which takes the best of care for your stay in the city of
Agartala . Since including 2011 MAP5 hotel and resort has started to
provide the best service. HOTEL AIRDROP has been taking care of all
our clients and making utmost effort to provide them with the best
comfort available and match their expectations of a luxurious
environment at a best deal .
In this hotel growing for thar employers .
The credit for the success and establishment of this growing group
mainly goes to our young and dynamic team members , who work
with passion and great commitment and ethos .

dinner.
