Preliminary
The introduction of traditional specialties from our country, namely the

state of Indonesia, is something that we must develop to foreign tourists or

foreigners in Indonesia. So that they not only know our culture, our

language, but also the special food. The Indonesian specialties have also

been in great demand by foreigners visiting Indonesia. Because it tastes

delicious and filling. For that, our group resume this time will discuss the

introduction of typical food from Indonesia, especially from the West Java

and Palembang regions. As for the appearance of the food, the taste and

other things, we asked foreign tourists.

1. Company Profile

Aahil Agarwood Trading was born since January 2020. Until


2020 have two branch in Qatar and Indonesia. Owner of the
company is Parvez Ahmad. Aahil Agarwood Trading gain
customers from more than 20 countries worldwide. The most
highly-prized ingredient of a perfumer’s palette, agarwood is said to
be the first pure incense found on earth.
Agarwood has a deep woody scent that persits and evolves over
the whole day. Examples of their product :

3. Traditional Food Theme

Our group has a traditional food, the concept is ask Mr. Parvez Ahmed to
try these food. We bought Pempek.

Pempek, mpek-mpek or empek-empek is a savoury fishcake delicacy


from Palembang, Indonesia, made of fish and tapioca. Pempek is served
with yellow noodles and a dark, rich sweet and sour sauce called kuah
cuka or kuah cuko (lit. vinegar sauce), or "cuko". Pempek is the best-
known of Palembang's dishes.
