Based on the idea of Wellness, the building concept grew from the
collection of chemical equations responsible for the the release of good 1
emotion or feeling in the human brain, namely, Oxytocin, Dopamine,
Endorphins, Seratonin and Norepinephrine. The equations were traced
race
and manipulated to create an interesting form that steps away from the h Ter
Nort
common development focused rectilinear buildings in Adelaide. 12

With a driving factor of Outside; Inside, the void between the two towers
was placed on the surrounding topography of the site and ‘cut’. These Theme
landscapes were stacked between the two towers, giving residents a
feeling of being outside while in the building. Inside the apartments, Living
and Sleeping spaces feature completely openable windows, allowing
each apartment to completely open out into the world. These factors in
the design intend to erase the barrier between inside and outside.
