This letter is to inform you that I am resigning from my position as Registration Officer I at LGU –
San Dionisio. As you are aware, I am running for SK Chairman in the upcoming May 14, 2018
Barangay and SK Elections, and upon filing of the Certificate of Candidacy I must resign from my
position which would be effective immediately today, Monday, April 16, 2018. Despite the fact
that I would leave, I shall not depart from serving the public and in my case hopefully to help and
shape my fellow youth to become the beacon of hope they can truly be. Please accept this
correspondence as my formal resignation notice.
While I regret the circumstances under which I am leaving, I will work and visit the accounting
office from time to time to ensure that my duties are completed and that no unfinished tasks
remain. I am willing to assist in making my departure as smooth as possible by helping train my
