IS COMPETITION GOOD?

There are two types of competition, healthy or unhealthy and depends on it, if
competition is consider good or bad in our lives. Since the beginning of human life,
competition has existed; thanks to it, people have been able to improve and develop
new things or new ways to do something, why? Because compete demand innovate.
Although some people think that competition is harmful because supposedly each one
wants to be the best not by oneself but to swank. Anyway people will always work in
order to achieve their own goals… with adversaries or without them.

Competition is good as long as it is healthy. Frequently, you have a goal and you
work until you accomplish it; for instance many workers want to ascend of charge, to
obtain this, they need effort, perseverance and desire to stand out with original ideas.
Furthermore if we lose or win, it means that we get smarter and above all that we are
learning of our mistakes which we can use to grow and do better things next time,
because there is always a next time.

On the other hand, if people do not differentiate when they are confronting and
when they are not, they will probably get enemies. Moreover, people just see the worst
of competition so every thought will be negative, for example they suppose that
competition is bad because it makes loser feel uncomfortable and unhappy as there will
be someone better than you who make you feel the same. People who are against,
claim that the pressure of winning has become more important than having fun or
learning new skills.

The great thing about having rivals and challenges in life is that it makes life more
entertaining. It forces us to grow and to try to achieve great things where winning is just
an added bonus. Without competition life becomes a less exciting and there are less
challenges. It help us to learn from our falls and above all how to get up of them.
Competition does just that.
