CONSTITUTION AND BY-LAWS

PREAMBLE

We, the sovereign Accountancy students of Our Lady of the Pillar College San Manuel
Incorporated, San Manuel, Isabela, imploring the aid of Almighty God, in order to establish the
organization that shall embody our ideas and aspirations to promote and protect the general welfare
and interest of the Accountancy students, to foster and strengthen harmonious relationship among
ourselves and to attain a high degree of spiritual, social, moral and intellectual growth, do ordain
and promulgate this constitution.

ARTICLE I
THE ORGANIZATION
Section 1: The name of the organization shall be Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants (JPIA).
Section 2: The JPIA shall have its officers duly elected by the members of the department under
the supervision of the Program Coordinator
Section 3: The principal office of the organization shall be at the Our Lady of the Pillar College
San Manuel Incorporated, San Manuel, Isabela.
