The warm-up is the set of exercises that are made before all physical activity. It is the first part of every training session or preparation for
competition. The warm-up starts slowly and gradually involves all muscles and body parts. The purposes of warming up are:
To prevent injures
Joints: for example moving neck, shoulders, elbows, wrists, spine, hips, knees, ankles…
Muscles:
o Stretching your muscles: calf, quadriceps, hamstrings, trunk, triceps, biceps, forearm……
Heart & Respiratory system: for example walking, jogging, running, jumping, chasing games
