Sustainable housing Community – Site justification

1. To restore the environmental potential area (adhering master plan 2026 to

some extent) by regulating unauthorized development, 500 m from the
shoreline from Injampakkam to uthandi.
2. To promote tourism by developing green recreational area along that 500m
3. The already existing housing within that 500 m have to be relocated.
4. There by housing demand after 500 m increases, along with the other
aminities for nearby recreational areas
5. Five vacant land areas (of residential landuse – 2026) were selected
Adjacent to ECR Road to fulfill that housing demand.
6. Among that , the Area closer to the city ( Area A) is selected for designing
a LIG-EWS housing community.
